Job Description
This job opportunity is at a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, which is a separate company and independent employer from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee licenses McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant, all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability for part-time shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, or weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- capable of teamwork and positive interaction with customers and other employees
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Keep the restaurant clean and looking great
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare and serve McDonald's world-famous food
- make sure the customers have a positive experience from start to finish
- partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and create a productive work environment
- sweep, mop, and clean bathrooms, equipment, work surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating
- stock food and supplies
- assist customers with ordering on kiosks or at their chosen point of purchase
- take customer orders at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or via digital media and process their payments
- serve food and beverages to customers and delivery personnel
- follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
