In this role, the responsibilities include maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment, assisting customers in ordering their favorite food items, preparing and serving McDonald's famous menu selections, and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience throughout their visit. You will collaborate daily with fellow crew members and managers to achieve operational goals and create a productive, team-oriented workplace.

Your schedule can be as flexible as you need, with part-time positions available to accommodate school, family commitments, or other ambitions. Shifts can be during breakfast, lunch, late nights, or weekends. Starting pay is competitive at $15.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $16.50 per hour based on performance and experience. Although promotional opportunities at this specific franchise location are currently unavailable, you will receive premier training that enhances your skill set for the future.

Day-to-day duties will cover a variety of tasks—you might be sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and dining areas, restocking supplies, or putting up seasonal decorations. You will learn all aspects of food preparation such as frying, grilling, baking, toasting, assembling, and presenting food items to meet high quality and safety standards. You may operate kiosks or the front counter to take orders and payments, dispense beverages including coffee and shakes, and serve food directly to customers or delivery personnel.

This role requires a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and communication are essential as you work closely with others to provide great service. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
