This job opportunity is with an independent restaurant franchisee who operates a McDonald's restaurant under a license agreement with McDonald's USA. This franchisee is a separate and distinct company from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staffing within their restaurant. Although the restaurant uses the iconic McDonald's logos, menu, and products, the franchisee manages all daily operations on their own accord. This distinction means that your employment contract and any associated employment benefits will be through the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Any decision making regarding your employment, such as interviews and hiring, rests entirely with the franchisee management team.

Working in this environment offers flexible scheduling options, with both full-time and part-time shifts available during breakfast, lunch, late-night hours, and weekends. This flexibility allows you to find work hours that best fit your personal schedule and lifestyle.
