We recognize and reward experience, offering competitive wages starting at $16.94 per hour. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package after one year of service and a minimum of 30 hours worked weekly, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional benefits include sick pay of up to 40 hours based on average hours worked, tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually, free uniforms, and complimentary meals during your shift. Retirement planning is supported through a 401(k) plan with company matching, available after one year of service, contingent on working 1,000 hours and being 21 years or older.
