Though these restaurants use McDonald's logos and food products, each location is independently owned and managed by SLI Enterprises, a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. This means that all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled solely by SLI Enterprises with no involvement or control from McDonald's USA. If you are hired, you will work directly for SLI Enterprises and not McDonald's USA.
