This role is for Crew Team Members at one of SLI Enterprises’ McDonald’s locations. Crew members play an essential part in ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience each time they visit. Responsibilities include interacting directly with customers to help them order their favorite meals, preparing McDonald’s World Famous food items, maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, and collaborating with fellow team members and managers to achieve daily goals. The company supports flexible scheduling opportunities including part-time and full-time shifts, breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends to accommodate diverse availability.
