This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, termination, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not have access to employment applications and does not participate in employment-related decisions for this location. This independent ownership model means that while you will wear the McDonald’s brand, your direct employer is the local franchisee who manages the restaurant's daily operations.

Job Requirements

- willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team

- ability to follow instructions and company policies
