Job Description
SLI Enterprises operates multiple McDonald's franchise restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, including locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. These McDonald's restaurants are independently owned and operated by the franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. As an independent franchise operator, SLI Enterprises runs these locations utilizing McDonald's recognized logos, food items, and branding while maintaining separate control over employment practices such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and workplace discipline.
SLI Enterprises is committed to providing its employees with a positive work environment where they can learn, grow, and succeed. The company places a strong emphasis on training and development, offering world-class education and career advancement opportunities to its team members. Employees working within these franchise locations can expect to be challenged and supported as they build valuable skills that extend beyond the restaurant industry. McDonald's crew team members gain life skills such as teamwork, communication, customer service, and time management, which contribute significantly to personal and professional growth.
This particular opportunity is for the role of a Crew Team Member at one of the SLI Enterprises McDonald's restaurants. The Crew Team Member position is an entry-level role designed to provide a fulfilling and adequately compensated first job for individuals seeking part-time or full-time work in a fast-paced setting. Crew members interact directly with customers, ensuring every guest receives a positive experience by exceeding expectations in both service and food quality. They assist customers in placing orders, prepare McDonald's world-famous food items accurately and hygienically, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Beyond basic job functions, this role promotes a culture of teamwork, where crew members collaborate with each other and managers to meet daily goals while maintaining a friendly and engaging work atmosphere. Employees can expect to receive comprehensive training, including access to the Archways to Opportunity education program which offers benefits such as high school completion courses, upfront college tuition assistance, and English language classes. The franchisee endorses flexible scheduling to accommodate varied availability, including breakfast, lunch, late-night shifts, and weekends.
To qualify for employment as a Crew Team Member, individuals must be at least 16 years of age and possess an outstanding attitude along with a willingness to learn and excel in this dynamic, team-oriented environment. The environment offers comprehensive support for career development and personal advancement in an inclusive atmosphere that fosters growth and success. We invite motivated individuals who desire a stable, rewarding workplace that balances work and life ambitions to apply and join SLI Enterprises in creating exceptional experiences for McDonald's customers across the DFW area.
