Job Requirements
- minimum age 16 years
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of working in a fast paced team environment
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills
- ability to follow instructions and health and safety regulations
- friendly and outgoing personality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- partner crew and management to meet daily goals and have fun while serving customers
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- operate kitchen and front counter equipment efficiently
- assist in training new crew members
