Importantly, this franchise operates as a completely separate business entity from McDonald’s USA, managing all employment matters independently. This separation means that all hiring, firing, employee supervision, scheduling, and staffing decisions are solely the responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not influence employment outcomes or decisions related to this franchise. Candidates applying for this position will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, ensuring a unique working environment with direct engagement with local management and community-based employment practices.

The role itself is dynamic and fundamental to delivering excellent customer experiences. You will interact with customers to ensure their visit is positive, assist with taking orders efficiently, and prepare McDonald’s internationally recognized food items to exacting standards. Working collaboratively with fellow Crew members and management, you will contribute to meeting daily operational goals while maintaining a fun and supportive work atmosphere. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming restaurant environment will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

This position is suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-driven settings and are eager to learn and grow. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The franchise offers flexible work hours including breakfast, lunch, late night shifts, and weekends, accommodating a variety of personal schedules. The minimum age requirement to be a Crew Team Member is 16 years old.
