This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA, which means that McDonald's USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant. The franchisee is fully responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and all other employment-related decisions.
