Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of scheduling and crew rotation planning experience
- Experience in the cruise industry or airline industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Adonis HR system preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Self-directed strategic thinker with initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of scheduling and crew rotation planning
- Experience in the cruise industry or airline industry
- Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with the Adonis HR system is preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm, composed and effective during fast-paced, stressful situations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain rotation schedules and communicate to vessels, manning agents and traveling/corporate managers regarding crew scheduling
- Assist in forecasting of scheduling and planning
- Review fleet occupancy and adjust planning as needed
- Ensure ships are consistently staffed in all positions
- Analyze current crew rotations and staffing needs and ensure vacancies are communicated to appropriate manning agencies for recruitment
- Monitor and communicate with the Manager of Fleet Planning & Scheduling regarding all unscheduled crew moves and crew rotation issues
- Submit requests for crew travel
- Act as the liaison between the Vessels and Manning Agencies regarding crew air, hotels, visa processing, training certification, etc.
- Maintain open dialogue with the Purser teams, onboard teams, and Corporate Managers to address all crew member requests and/or issues in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects as requested
- Update Adonis with scheduling, filing of documentation and other items as needed
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to all Human Resources matters
- Perform other duties as assigned
