We are currently hiring energetic individuals for the position of Crew Person at our Baker's Burgers units. This role is integral to our daily operations and requires a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. The Crew Person is responsible and accountable for performing an array of tasks within their assigned unit, ensuring that all guests receive industry-leading service and quality food. This includes preparing food and beverages to company standards, maintaining high cleanliness levels, and adhering strictly to local, state, and federal health regulations. Job Duties

  • provide excellent guest service
  • work assigned stations accurately and productively
  • communicate effectively and in a friendly manner with guests, co-workers, and supervisors
  • stand for long periods of time
  • frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching and over shoulder reaching
  • regular lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • move throughout the unit to assist guests and co-workers as necessary
