Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- ability to pass sandwich making tests within first two weeks
- prior fast food or customer service experience preferred but not required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- reliable transportation to work
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understanding basic fractions
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift up to 50 pounds
- maintain a positive attitude and work ethic
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- commitment to workplace sanitation and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders
- operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests after the first two weeks and future testing times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy and integrity
- always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
