The role currently available is for a Crew Member who will be part of the exciting launch of Wendy's new breakfast menu. This part-time position offers early morning shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM, ideal for early risers or those with school or other work commitments during the day. Starting pay is competitive at $14 per hour, with multiple wage increase opportunities within the first 90 days to reward performance and dedication. Crew Members will receive personalized training and continual support to excel in their role. The job involves working in a fast-paced environment where team members take pride in delivering excellent customer service while performing various duties throughout the restaurant.

As a Crew Member, you will be trained in multiple positions including preparing breakfast items, running line coordination, order taking in the dining room, grilling, managing fries and nuggets, sandwich preparation, handling drinks, and operating the register or drive-thru. Additional responsibilities include opening duties such as salad preparation, pulling products from the freezer, sanitizing, and trash removal; pre-closing duties involving cleaning and restocking; and closing duties such as cleaning the grill, vacuuming, and washing dishes. These roles ensure smooth daily operations and a clean dining environment.
