As a Crew Member, your role is to provide excellent guest satisfaction by delivering fast and friendly service, maintaining quality products, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. For Baker/Donut Finisher roles, you will be responsible for executing precise baking procedures to produce consistent and high-quality items that reflect our brand’s standards. Cake Decorators play a crucial part in our bakery operations by creating beautiful and delicious cakes customized to customer specifications. This position demands manual dexterity and creativity to prepare icing, manage decorations, and maintain inventory of baking supplies. Working closely with guests, you will help design cakes that celebrate life's special moments while adhering to hygiene and quality guidelines.
