The role of a Team Member at Little Caesars encompasses various responsibilities ranging from food preparation and customer service to maintaining cleanliness and safety within the restaurant. Team Members may rotate through different positions such as the “Dough person,” who prepares the pizza dough; the “Shakerboarder,” who actively promotes the restaurant by holding and shaking outdoor signs; or the “Guest Service Specialist,” who ensures every customer receives excellent service. This variety not only keeps the workday engaging but also helps employees develop a broad skill set in the restaurant industry. As this position operates within the Second Shift schedule, employees should expect work hours that are determined by the Store Manager and may include temporary changes such as overtime during busy periods.

In this role, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Team Members contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere by preparing hot and fresh food quickly and efficiently while upholding high hygiene and safety standards. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and Team Members are trained to provide courteous and helpful service, addressing guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm. Working in a fast-paced environment requires stamina and a strong work ethic, as team members must be able to stand for long periods and handle various physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 55 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness
  • Must have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items
  • Must be able to withstand 90 degree plus heat in the summer and below freezing in the winter
  • Must be able to work outside holding a sign and shaking it
  • Must be able to work with 650 degree oven temperatures
  • Must be able to follow directions and communicate with customers, crew and management
  • Must be able to process and complete customer orders, including counting money and processing credit card transactions properly
  • Must be able to lift one or both arms over head up to 100 percent
  • Must be able to lift one or both arms from your sides up to 100 percent
  • Must be able to bend one or both arms to your shoulders up to 100 percent
  • Must be able to bend the back up to a minimum of 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor
  • Must be able to twist the back up to 90 degrees left and right
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 55 pounds
  • Must be able to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
