Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to talk, use repetitive motion, type, and hear regularly
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead
  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
  • General knowledge of beverage preparation and service
  • Ability to complete basic food preparation tasks
  • Experience using standard restaurant equipment safely
  • Interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers
  • Ability to navigate situations which may warrant security intervention
  • Ability to learn POS register software used by facility

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, communicate offerings and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner
  • Prepare and sell concessions, including beer, popcorn, pretzels
  • prepare premade sandwiches
  • Collect payment from customers, performing cashier duties using the POS system
  • Ensure that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs
  • Use proper judgment and when necessary, refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive
  • Perform general cleaning duties that maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment and removing garbage to designated areas
  • Maintain stock at required operational level
  • Contribute to the team
