The role we are seeking to fill is an entry-level Team Member position primarily focused on various essential operations including customer interaction, order preparation, sanitation, and support functions within the store. Team Members will be tasked with answering phones, preparing products according to company standards, assisting customers in person and over the phone, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the store, and supporting our marketing and promotional efforts. This role is vital in ensuring that each customer receives timely and accurate orders, whether dining in, picking up, or having their food delivered. Responsibilities also include packing orders efficiently and running orders out to drivers to facilitate smooth delivery services.

This position offers a dynamic working environment that requires individuals who can multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Candidates must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining operational standards. The ability to use technology such as computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry is essential in this role, as is basic math proficiency to handle monetary transactions.
