Now hiring for the position of Team Member in Huntington, Wonder offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts worked between midnight and 5 am. Further earning potential is available through certification programs and trainer roles, with additional pay incentives. As a Team Member, you will play an essential role in bringing Michelin-starred and celebrity chef menus to life. Your responsibilities will span creating delicious menu items while maintaining cleanliness and organization, delivering warm and helpful hospitality to guests, and supporting all aspects of restaurant operations. Daily tasks include food preparation to Wonder’s high standards, adhering strictly to food safety (HACCP) guidelines, managing accurate inventory and portions, assisting customers with orders and payments both in-person and via the Wonder app, and participating in community engagement activities such as local marketing.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining sanitation and hygiene by regularly cleaning cookware, utensils, and equipment, performing waste management duties, and reporting equipment malfunctions promptly.
