Job Requirements
- Minimum age 16 years old
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly such as the sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 years or over), sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, different types of knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register
- Ability to "shakerboard" by working outside holding up a sign (must be 18 years or over)
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through and clean products
- Ability to count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items
- Ability to communicate to customers and co-workers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing)
- Ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be dependable, hard working and able to handle pressure situations and stress
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
- Must have the ability to understand and follow directions and instructions
- Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
- Must be able to provide documentation that proves eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures
- Prepares high quality products consistently by following the Little Caesars recipe, specifications and procedures as described in the C.A.R.D.S materials and station job helpers
- Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and as directed by management
- Cleans and organizes work station and other assigned areas to help maintain restaurant image standards
- Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Colleague Orientation and Training Handbook and by government agencies
- Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures and standards of conduct as outlined in the Orientation and Training Handbook and as directed by management
