The role of a Crew Member at Wendy's is a vital position responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. Job Duties

  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality
  • Preparing and serving food as needed
  • Smile and connect with internal and external customers
  • Assist in opening or closing procedures
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for long amounts of time and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ensure there is clear communication between the register and food line staff
