The Crew Member position at Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises is an excellent opportunity for student workers to gain firsthand experience in a dynamic brewpub setting. Reporting directly to the Location Manager, the Crew Member plays an instrumental role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service in an efficient, cost-effective manner. This position is designed not only to develop essential job skills such as customer service, teamwork, and professional development but also to immerse students in multiple facets of brewpub operations, including cash handling, accounting, inventory management, food production, sanitation, marketing, brewery operations, and event coordination.

This role requires a hands-on approach where every meal served must meet the highest standards of quality. The Crew Member is responsible for preparing food items such as pizza, salads, and sandwiches, maintaining cleanliness in various workstations including the food line, kitchen, and dishwashing area. Adherence to COVID-19 safety regulations is mandatory to ensure the well-being of all staff and patrons. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, manual dexterity, proper hearing and vision, verbal communication, reaching, and the ability to lift and move objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
