Team Members are responsible for preparing menu items in accordance with Wonder's high standards, maintaining clean and organized workstations, and adhering strictly to food safety guidelines, including proper temperature control and storage. Additionally, they manage inventory, ensure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched, and uphold the highest sanitation levels to keep the kitchen and dining areas pristine. Customer-facing duties include warmly greeting guests, facilitating their orders, assisting with pickups and payments, and supporting the use of the Wonder app. Team Members also participate in local marketing efforts such as street engagement and flyer distribution to help drive community awareness and business growth.

Wonder offers competitive compensation with a base pay rate of $17.50 per hour and an additional $2.00 hourly premium for overnight shifts between midnight and 5 AM. Opportunities to earn more include bonuses for Certified Team Members and Trainers.
