These team members work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the daily operations by taking orders, handling cash and credit transactions, assembling food products, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the work area. The role requires attentiveness to food safety standards and the ability to communicate menu offerings effectively to guests. Team members may also be responsible for managing cleaning chemicals and supplies safely. This position supports a positive work culture, offering competitive pay plus tips averaging $3-4 per hour, and presents advancement opportunities, especially as the brand expands with many upcoming store openings in Virginia.
