The Krew Member is also responsible for hygiene and sanitation compliance, prepping and stocking supplies, performing basic cleaning of trucks and the warehouse, and accurately completing documentation. Effective communication of maintenance and inventory needs is also essential to ensure smooth operations.

For those aged 18 and older, there is an opportunity to become a Kona Ice Driver/Caterer. This more advanced role comes with increased base pay and additional responsibilities such as independently running events from start to finish, safely driving Kona Ice trucks, acting as shift leaders, coordinating logistical details with clients, completing detailed vehicle checklists, and learning how to tow equipment. This role offers increased leadership and independence, reflecting trust and responsibility bestowed upon the driver.
