Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand and move for most of the shift
- capable of using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- adherence to brand standards and cleanliness guidelines
- able to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends
- willing to participate in paid training program
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- basic math skills for operating register
- ability to stand and move for the duration of shift
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items according to brand standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- provide positive and friendly customer service
- assist fellow crew members as needed
- operate restaurant equipment including register, headset, and grill
- follow all health and safety guidelines
- contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment
