As part of the Hourly Crew, employees will engage in a wide range of responsibilities. These include providing genuine and attentive guest service, preparing food through tasks such as prepping, cooking, and serving, and performing point-of-sale operations including ringing up customer orders and handling cash transactions. Additionally, crew members ensure stringent quality control by making sure only the best products are served, and they uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and appearance. The position requires hands-on learning and mastery of all key stations within the restaurant, including order entry and closing, fresh cut fry station, wrap and run station, bread station, weigh station, and grill station.

With a comprehensive onboarding and training process, hourly crew members are supported every step of the way.
