Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Pass background check as required
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support efforts to learn and evolve skills continuously
- Promote the mission of making better food accessible to everyone
- Follow company policies and standards for food safety and quality
