Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Basic hygiene and food safety standards adherence
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual dining is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to engage positively with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure quality and cleanliness
- Assist with training new team members when needed
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle's mission and brand values in every aspect of work
