Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Commitment to Chipotle’s mission and customer service values
- Pass background check as required
- Eligibility to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively

- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Support and collaborate with team members for efficient operations
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the restaurant
- Handle food preparation and cooking according to Chipotle’s quality standards
- Assist in training and mentoring new crew members
