Job Description

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) is a renowned fast-casual restaurant chain dedicated to cultivating a better world by serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, real food. Their menu features wholesome ingredients free from artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Founded with a mission to redefine fast food, Chipotle stands out by offering a unique dining experience that emphasizes quality, transparency, and sustainability. With locations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, Chipotle is the only restaurant company of its size to own and operate all its restaurants in North America and Europe, ensuring a consistent brand experience and uncompromising standards.

Chipotle is more than just a restaurant—it represents a movement toward more responsible farming and food practices. The company actively supports efforts to shift the future of farming and food via sustainable business practices and innovation in digital and technological spaces. At its core, Chipotle values employees and their growth, providing an inclusive, supportive environment that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion at all organizational levels. This commitment embodies their people-first culture that extends beyond serving nutritious meals.

The role being offered is for team members at Chipotle who are passionate, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow. New hires will receive exceptional training that prepares them to confidently work at any station within the restaurant, whether it be grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo. The company prides itself on its exceptional customer service, and every team member plays a vital role in creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with diverse backgrounds—including those with no prior food industry experience—offering a clear career pathway with over 80% of managers promoted from crew positions.

Team members at Chipotle enjoy numerous benefits such as tuition assistance, free meals, medical, dental and vision insurance, digital tips, paid time off, holiday closures, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement in both full- and part-time roles. Chipotle seeks candidates who bring a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, a passion for serving others, a strong desire to learn cooking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within the team environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Joining Chipotle means becoming part of a company that is pioneering a better fast-food future through ethical sourcing and operational excellence. Employees not only embark on a rewarding career journey but also contribute meaningfully to reshaping the food industry for generations to come. The company welcomes applicants of diverse backgrounds and is an equal opportunity employer that provides reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
