Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Possess a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate passion for helping and serving others
- Show desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to complete all required training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning cooking and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily with no freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Participate in and complete training programs provided by the company
- Support team members and customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace according to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
