Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to follow all health and safety protocols

- pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills

- willingness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
- assist with maintaining inventory and stocking supplies
