Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for part-time or full-time work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently on multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide excellent customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Support team members and collaborate to meet operational needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Handle cash and digital tips responsibly
  • Follow company policies and promote sustainable practices
