Job Requirements

be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
willingness to learn and accept instruction
pass any required background checks or drug screenings
comply with health and safety regulations
physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
enthusiasm for cooking and serving customers
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to work collaboratively in a team
prior food service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

prepare food by hand daily without freezers or microwaves
operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
participate in training programs to learn cooking and service skills
support team members and customers with a positive attitude
maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
follow company policies and safety standards
