Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple station tasks
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand according to Chipotle’s standards
  • Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
