Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve real food by hand at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Support team members and customers with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Participate in training to build skills and gain confidence in various roles
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
