Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • passion for helping and serving customers and team members
  • willingness to learn cooking skills
  • availability for full or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand without using microwaves, freezers, or can openers
  • provide exceptional customer service and foster a friendly atmosphere
  • work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • collaborate effectively with team members
  • support efforts to shift the future of farming and food through daily operations
  • participate in training and development programs
