Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in food preparation and restaurant maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations and quality food delivery
- Engage in ongoing training to develop skills and advance within the company
- Support and participate in sustainable business practices aligned with Chipotle’s mission
