Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards in food preparation and restaurant maintenance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations and quality food delivery
  • Engage in ongoing training to develop skills and advance within the company
  • Support and participate in sustainable business practices aligned with Chipotle’s mission
