The role of a Full-Time Crew Member at Wendy's is at the frontline of customer interaction and service delivery. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to apply common sense to instructions
- Ability to handle standardized situations
- Exposure to high heat and cooking oils

Job Qualifications
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group situations with customers and coworkers
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
- Ability to perform math operations using American money, weight, volume, and distance measurements
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables

Job Duties
- Greets the customer
- Suggestive sale and answer questions about products
- Records the customer’s order
- Stages customers in serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flow
- Selects requested food items from serving or storage areas and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag
- Serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
- Receives payment
- Assists customers with questions or complaints
- Retrieves raw food stock and places at appropriate station for preparation
- Performs duties to prepare food
