- Prepare real food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure quality and safety
- Assist in training new team members and support their development
- Handle digital tips and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Participate in company initiatives focused on sustainability and community support
