Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn to cook extensively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
- Participate in inventory management and restocking supplies
