Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service at various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Prepare food by hand daily using fresh ingredients without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Handle digital tips and manage transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support efforts to improve sustainable food practices and company mission initiatives
