Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
  • Willingness to learn and perform various tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills

  • Previous experience in food service roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service at various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Prepare food by hand daily using fresh ingredients without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Handle digital tips and manage transactions accurately
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Support efforts to improve sustainable food practices and company mission initiatives
