Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers or microwaves
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Follow company policies and health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
