Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must be able to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or restaurant experience beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude toward customers and team members
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support team members and collaborate to maintain restaurant operations
- Handle digital tips and cash transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Participate in training and development programs
