Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to adhere to all Chipotle food preparation guidelines
- Pass background check if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or food service experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn cooking skills
- Ability to work well in a team
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Learn and apply cooking and preparation techniques
- Assist in training new crew members
