Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle's quality standards to ensure food safety and consistency
- Support team members to maintain an efficient and clean work environment
- Attend training sessions and apply knowledge to improve skills and performance
- Engage with customers to answer questions and meet their needs
