Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Pass background check as required by company policy
  • Able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand each day following company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations as trained
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills and advance within the company
