Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
availability to work flexible shifts including day and evening
physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
strong communication skills
team player mindset
willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

ability to work in varying temperature conditions and stand for extended periods
ability to work around allergens and lift up to 50 pounds
positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to a team
basic math skills for counting and reading
ability to follow directions accurately

Job Duties

build strong relationships with co-workers and managers that create a positive and fun environment for learning and teamwork
impress guests by providing warm and friendly interactions, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring customer satisfaction
keep orders moving timely and accurately, working as a team to prepare food and following manager directions
follow safety standards and company policies to ensure safety for self and teammates
maintain a tidy and clean environment demonstrating attention to detail
uphold a sharp and tidy appearance representing the brand professionally
assist with multiple positions within the restaurant including front counter and drive-thru operations
