Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check if required
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Compliance with all food safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Learn and apply cooking techniques according to Chipotle standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Support and embody the company culture and values in daily activities
