Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to comply with food safety standards
  • Availability to work both full and part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
  • Strong desire to learn cooking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • No prior experience required but previous food service experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum age of 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills
  • Support company initiatives related to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction
