Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to comply with food safety standards
- Availability to work both full and part-time shifts
Job Qualifications

- No prior experience required but previous food service experience is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills
- Support company initiatives related to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction
